Eine große offene Wohnküche ist das Zentrum der Wohnung. Zur Königsallee oder an den Rhein läuft man 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die U-Bahnstationen und Haltestellen sind in 1-3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
