BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Our small, old construction trailer offers simple and cozy accommodation for anyone looking for an overnight stay on a bike tour between Ratzeburg, Schaalsee and Schwerin or wanting to escape the luxurious and fast-paced life of the city for a while. When was the last time you watched the swallow children during their flying lessons or listened to the humming of the bumble bees in the grass? You can enjoy the picturesque sunset spectacle with us in the front row. Live simply - makes you happy!

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Our small, fine apartment on the 1st floor is well suited for 2 people. Due to the sloping roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area, you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchen corner with 2 plates ceramic hob and fridge. A parking lot is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor.

Our 100-year-old house with an adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments is located in front of the doors of Schwerin. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 1st floor and offers a light-flooded living space with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden view.

Tiny house with sauna and meditation offer

During your stay with us, you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with a terrace and garden area. It is also equipped for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought, 1 ha. Coupling directly on the car. The bathroom area and sauna are 50m from the main house.

On our property of around 6,000 square meters, there are several quiet corners to relax, read or tone with the family. In addition to a large number of different apple trees, we also have cherries, platters, walnuts, pears and shrub fruit – in the harvest months it is allowed to be eaten and picked. Each apartment has its own seating area in the garden. Barbecue and fireplace, as well as our gazebo, may be shared with everyone.

Spacious tiny house

Our tiny house is the perfect base for cyclists, hikers, short-stay vacationers or ornithologists. Lake Sumter is only a few minutes' walk away. The Elbe is 4 km away. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
