🌿Treehouse with hot tub/sauna – tranquility & nature🌿 Experience a special break in our lovingly designed tree house in Garneck. Tucked away in a quiet location surrounded by greenery, a retreat awaits you, far from noise and bustle – with sweeping views of nature and, on clear days, all the way to the Chiemgau Alps. Here you won't hear anything except the birds singing and the gentle mooing of our Galloway cattle. Perfect for unwinding, taking a deep breath and leaving everyday life behind.

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

In this spacious and disabled-friendly 85 sqm newly renovated accommodation on the ground floor of a detached house overlooking the Inn and with direct access, you will find the necessary rest from everyday life for up to 4 people and pets. The house has free Wi-Fi, the bedroom with window to the Inn with power switch. Internet is available via LAN cable in every room. Living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and large fenced garden ideal for dogs that can move freely.

Quiet farm for up to 23 people for group vacations

At the GENSLEITEN riding school, you can enjoy a holiday in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events, bachelor parties, or the like. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. Please indicate the exact number of people when booking or making an inquiry. Additional fees will be charged for the 17th person.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. With us at Hadermannhof you can relax and enjoy the tranquility and nature or you can participate in the hustle and bustle at the farm. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Prühmühle: Residential and event house on the water

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

Our house is very quiet on the edge of the forest . The house has a large garden with garden pond. We offer a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden, a living room with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with TVs, a bathroom and a large loggia. Cozy seating and a hammock invite you to relax. Parking right in front of the door, bike path, and the Unterer Inn recreation area nearby. Overnight price refers to two people.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
