There are two bedrooms as well as a large living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with a guest toilet. The couch in the living room can be pulled out to two comfortable sleeping places. In the 1st bedroom there is a double bed with a width of 1.80 m. In the 2nd room, two people sleep on a 1.40 m couch with an extra topper.

Welcome to Tönnhausen, a small suburb of Winsen (Luhe). A modernly furnished 60m² two-room apartment awaits you, offering easy access. The apartment also includes a 25m² covered terrace, which provides sunshine from early morning until late afternoon and protects from rain. Sleeping space for two people is available. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

Our small apartment is located on the ground floor and in the beautiful courtyard of our 120-year-old house between Lüneburg and Hamburg - directly next to a large forest area and close to the Lüneburg Heath and the Elbe Marshes! With its 42 square meters, it can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a new kitchen, a shower room, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a terrace. Each room has been lovingly designed by us with many details.

The apartment is located close to the historic Nikolaihof in the southern part of the village, about 20 minutes by bike from Lüneburg. It is about 5 km to the city center of Lüneburg. Two bikes are available for guests. A bus stop to Lüneburg and the surrounding area is very close.
