Monthly Rentals in Wolftown

Rosemary's Nest is awesome! The view off the front porch is a different movie every night. Old Rag, White Oak Canyon and the Skyline Drive are about 40 minutes away, Culpeper is 16 miles away. I suppose we were a little different type of guests, as we stayed ~six months. I was there to recover from a full hip replacement and the steep-ish driveway was perfect for physical therapy. Rosemary and Joe became like family, kept an eye out for us and they invited us upstairs for many delicious dinners and a Civil War quiz. If I have to get my other hip done in the next year or so, we certainly will be returning!

very nice place for our group to serve as a home base during a recent fishing and hiking trip into shenandoah. very close to Graves Mill trailhead, and also very conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants and other services. the house itself was comfortable and clean, and we appreciate it the well-supplied fire pit (they actually have two, one in front and another in back). worked well for relaxing, preparing food, the other r&r in between activities.

The apartment was just as described/pictured. Alexandra was very responsive to all of my messages. The apartment was very conveniently located to Shenandoah National Park- about 15 minutes from the Swift Run Gap Entrance Station. The area around the apartment was beautiful as well. It was perfect for a long weekend trip with my dog!

This was our second stay(2 mos.) at Jene’s…and we love this place. We watched the trees change into their fall colors and did lots of hiking around Skyline Drive…visited historic homes and ruins around the area…and even did some volunteer work in Charlottesville. The house has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, wonderful deck for viewing the beautiful surroundings, and great a/c and heat for variable temperatures. Jene and Patrick are the best hosts and so enjoyable to visit with! We are already trying to figure out when our next long term stay will be!
