We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

Private use of the field shown is included in the rental and is ideal for a picnic. Nothing is better than a glass of wine outside by the fire pit at night enjoying the view of the bridges. It's an ideal base for walking, cycling wild swimming and getting away from it all, a true nature lovers paradise! We live in a house on the same site so will be on hand for any advice or assistance. We are on the edge of Dartmoor National Park and an hour's drive from numerous beaches. The thriving town of Tavsitock is 7 miles away.

A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

The Annexe at Roseland is a quiet, spacious, well equipped one bedroom bungalow with gated parking in South Hams. Close to the edge of Dartmoor for plenty of walking and cycling. It is a few minutes drive to the small town of Plympton with usual amenities and a little longer into the Ocean City of Plymouth. It is within 30 minutes of the beaches of South Devon and Cornwall. It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

The choice is yours to relax around the wood-burning stove, escape to the wilds of Dartmoor and beyond or enjoy a local cider in the 16th-century pub opposite.
