Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Home was built in 2024 so everything is new. We offer 2 bedrooms and 1 bath for a standard stay. During winter months of snow, we allow our guests to use the garage to further enhance their stay while by remaining warm/dry If you want to use the golf hitting bay or basketball court. The cabin is near several parks with walking and biking trails. Clearwater is one of the best fishing and recreation lakes in the area! You will enjoy our two-bedroom lakefront cabin with private lake access, kayaks, living room, kitchen, 3/4 bath, deck with sitting area, outdoor gas grill, outdoor small charcoal grill and fire pit.

Guesthouse on 20 acre Hobby Farm

We are offering our guesthouse for our home and it is set on 20 acres of rolling hills. This is a farm-like setting with free-range chickens, barn cats, and couple of dogs. This unique property offers a country feel while being close to the Twin Cities. You will have about 800 sq. ft. to relax in or sit out by a campfire, enjoy a walking trail, or rest in a hammock. All this is a 10 minutes drive from Cabela's, the Outlet Mall in Albertville, and Hillside mountain bike trails in Elk River.

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

This is a small place on a septic system with a NEW ! 40 gallon water heater with only 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.
