A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. Welcome to our tiny house by the lake. A cozy log cabin on 2 levels with private terrace and fantastic lake views awaits you. The tiny house is located in our spacious garden, which is also used by us. In our garden you can enjoy the barrel sauna, the fireplace or your own beach by the lake with sun loungers. The circular path around the lake and the surrounding field and forest paths invite you to walk and jog.

This particular home has its own style. Tastefully decorated, the rooms are distributed over two floors. Each room offers a unique view. Either on the lake or directly on Bad Salzuflen. The city is within walking distance and thus offers everything your heart desires. Good food and drink beautiful restaurants and especially the spa town of Bad Salzuflen with its many leisure opportunities has a lot to offer.

Our cozy cottage is ready for a break. Whether for couples or families...here you feel comfortable. It has an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, smart TV and of course free WiFi. There is a master bedroom and a second room with a bunk bed and a cozy extra bed, which is also extendable when the family is larger. House and garden can be used alone. The garden is fenced.
