The Annexe is next to the Village Green leading to Dover’s Hill. There's a small lobby, bedroom with TV, tea tray, shower room. Upstairs - a cosy lounge with Smart TV, sofa, fridge ,microwave- no kitchen.Outside, a small terrace with table & chairs.The Seagrave Arms is just 5 min walk away. Lapstone Barn (weddings) a 10 min drive -sorry no pets or children.

The Annex at New House Farm is situated in Stanton, one of the prettiest villages in the Cotswold. The Mount Inn with its stunning views and home cooked food is a short walk away. Broadway is 3 miles where you will find many shops, cafes & pubs including the Lygon Arms with its new James Martin restaurant. Stratford-on-Avon is the regions cultural centre with it's Shakespearian heritage & Cheltenham is 11 miles with excellent shopping good choice of restaurants and its famous racecourse.

The Retreat Newly refurbished

Recently refurbished & hidden away privately behind electric gates, a truly delightful private parkland style setting of landscape mature gardens with views over open countryside. The Retreat is a perfect place to unwind, the one bedroom cabin boasts a Kitchenette with Cooking Facilities and utensils, a King Size Bed and Wet room, Terrace over looking duck pond, and fields, private parking for 2 cars or vans Milk tea & coffee included along with Cereals & Crumpets. Dog friendly self contained flat

Lovely 1 bed flat in an edge of Cotswold village, with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Sofa bed means the flat can sleep 4. There is also a single Z bed suitable for a child (please let us know if you need this) and a travel cot. Well placed for the Cotswolds as well as Stratford, Cheltenham, Worcester. Very historic area. Electric car charge point for £10 overnight. Note we are 36 High Street NOT 42 as Airbnb state, no idea why and they won't let me change it on my listing!

It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn.
