Great views, with a lot of light. A fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook and spend some time at ease at home. Happy with a tumble dryer, that is great if you have wet towels :-) Prefect floor, if you go with a pet. Easy to clean. We appreciated the responsiveness of Maria, even if it was late at night. No surprises. You get what you see. Highly recommended. Love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment which catered for our every needs. Its location is superb, being only a short walk from the beach where we were able to take the small recliner chairs which was a huge plus. We were also delighted that there is a water filter installed which again is a huge bonus from a cost point of view as well as not having to buy water in plastic bottles. Overall, we had a great one month's stay. Anton made us very welcome and helped us regarding advice on car hire and booking our airport transport.

We had a great time in this apartment. We particularly liked the proximity to the market hall and regionally fresh products. The two rooftops invite you to relax with a view over Xábia. In general, a great place we will be happy to come back to.
