Beachfront vacation rentals in Xai-Xai

our Family had an amazing time In this little piece of heaven. my 2 boys love water (5 & 7) and had such a blast staying on the beach. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly , amazing service from all. it was the perfect holiday

We had a wonderful time at Ericka´s place. We went at casa ria instead of Bella vista, but it was very nice. The house is clean, and cosy, the view amazing and the place quiet. Very clear instructions to find out the adress and the guy at the reception was nice and helpful. Would recommend 100%

The house was as it was on the pictures, the surrounding was beautiful and peaceful, I would visit again

Paradise properties is easy to find, right on the road that runs next to the beach. The house was clean, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed, appliances and ACs all worked well, and the pool was nice and cool. We arrived after reception closed but the security team were very friendly and prepared to let us in, all the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a path to thr beach right in front of the entrance and it’s not steep. The only caution I would add is that the balcony is made out of steel cables, so a toddler can get past it and fall, but that is clear in the photos that were provided so you just need to keep that in mind. We had a great stay and will definitely recommend it!

Wonderful stay and the onsite staff were excellent. Proximity to the beach was great and we had a very pleasant experience and would go back again in a heart beat

First, the house manager Reginaldo, he is an absolute superstar!! Came to the local fish market with us every day to get fresh seafood fresh veggies etc. And he prepared each seafood dish beyond our wildest expectations! Regi makes the house a home, he's there every morning to clean, to direct us to the right spots to fish and swim. Super helpful. Was a pleasure to tip him when we left. Second, the house...plenty of space for 10-12 ppl. We were 7 ppl, the space was comfortable and spacious, lacked absolutely nothing. Only regret...that we did not stay longer. Definitely going back though!

From the moment we arrived at Go Wild Resort in Xai-Xai, it was clear we were in for a treat. This was our first visit to the area, and we couldn't have been more impressed with the accommodations and the staff. Simon and his team truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The house was not only beautiful but also well-maintained, which speaks volumes about the attention to detail. We initially planned to stay just one night as a stopover on our way back to South Africa, but we were so taken with the quality of our stay that we extended it. The level of service and hospitality provided by Simon and his staff was outstanding, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. I highly recommend Go Wild Resort for anyone visiting Xai-Xai. Whether you're looking for a brief stay or an extended getaway, you won't be disappointed by the incredible service and the beautiful setting.

We had a great stay in Bilene. The house is amazing and directly located at the beach. Check-in was easy and convenient. We struggled a bit with electricity as the stove was faulty but electricians were on site and assisted quickly. We will definitely come back. Great place!

Most beautiful place with great sea views and very comfortable living. House is well equipped with all mod con's. Swimming pool was a great treat. walking distance to the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful!!

My husband and I had a great time of rest at Yolanda’s place at East Africa Safari. We stayed in a 2 sleeper room and it was perfect. Everything was fantastic. We did not get to do any activities because we came for rest and it was perfect, quit and extremely comfortable! Everyone was very helpful and we want to go back with our kids next time

We had a great stay. The picture of the actual unit is different where we stayed but a very nice unit! We had our own splash pool. The setting of the whole lodge is really something different. Will return there

I had an amazing stay at Suzanne’s beautiful home! The house is stunning, well-maintained, and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking beachfront view—it was truly mesmerizing to wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Suzanne was a fantastic host, kind and helpful, providing clear information about the location and how to get around, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway. I would love to return in the future!
