This apartment for 4 people is located at the village of Xeresa, 40 minutes away from Valencia. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and another sofa that can be used as a sofa bed. The balcony features a beautiful view where you can enjoy the Spanish sun to the fullest. It has an elevator to the 3rd floor but after that there are still stairs. Please note, there is an elevator to the apartment until the 3rd floor but to enter the apartment there are about 30 stairs. From the 3rd floor, there are then a lot of or 15 steps that you have to take without an elevator. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds. If necessary, you can enter it with 6 people, but then the sofa bed must be used. It features a dishwasher, coffee maker ( brand l'or capsules), sandwich iron, toaster, microwave, oven and kettle. Included in the rate per person: - 1x bed linen - 1x large towel 70x135cm - 1x small towel 50x85cm and - 1x guest towel 30x30cm For the kitchen: - 1 x Tea towel - 1x dishcloth - 1x sponge and - 2 dishwasher tablets The toilets have 1 toilet roll.

Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell.
