Ryan is an awesome host. He provided clear check in and check out instructions with pictures and is always quick to respond. We had to contact him twice during our stay, each time he responded almost immediately and help solved the issue quickly. The apartment is located one of the busiest area in Taichung, yet it is quiet at night. Rooms were spotless and the amenities were all provided as described. We would definitely stay again!

It is fully equipped, clean, and there is no problem with simple cooking, it is a cozy little suite😊, if you have to come to this side in the future, you will want to continue booking ~

Felt comfortable, quiet surroundings, warm host

I visited Taiwan with my elderly parents and my brother and needed a place with an elevator because my father needs a wheelchair to move around. Yu-Kai/Angel's house was the perfect home for our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Master bedroom on the 2nd floor is huge and beautiful. Every bedroom (5 bedrooms available) has its own bathroom and A/C units so that comfort can be adjusted individually. A/C controls were a little confusing to figure out initially, but Angel responded immediately to help. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals (we used electric rice cooker to steam buns, fish, eggs, etc.) Lots of bottle water was provided. Would have been nice though to have more variety of pots and pans but cooking isn't an absolute necessity since take out food delivery is abundant (foodpanda and UberEats both deliver in the area). I also did some hiking in Dakeng Scenic Area (only 5 minutes away). Overall we had a wonderful stay.

We were travelling in a group of 9 and all 3 rooms were on the same floor so it was convenient. Nice building (right next to Taichung Splendor Hotel Taichung & Sixth market) and high storey. Loved the bed and pillows, it was very comfortable stay and I would return again. Thank you for hosting us! 我們一行有9個人，所有3間房間都在同一樓層，非常方便。建築很不錯（就在台中金典酒店和第六市場旁邊），而且樓層很高。特別喜歡床和枕頭，住得非常舒適，我還會再來。感謝您的招待！

I really love how responsive and carefree Z was. They respond so fast! When we reached and could not find the place, they immediately texted us back. Z was so communicative even though there was a room change. The rooms were also so clean and spacious, with in room toilets and bathrooms! Really loved the location and the whole experience with Z! It is already the third time to rent Kumao's house, the design of this house is still as always thoughtful and practical, every detail is taken care of, clean and comfortable, and the view is open, the night view is beautiful, and the sofa can also enjoy the sunset ~ There is everything around the house, the bus stop is just downstairs, and the bus is relatively close here, it is easy to go everywhere ~ Kumao is really kind and hospitable, very quick to respond, really thank you so much ~ It is the old age, the price is a little expensive, but this is normal, and it is most important to stay comfortably, and I will choose Kumao's house next time ~ As a reminder, if you leave at checkout time, reserve more time, or stagger the time, because the elevator has to wait a few times before you can get in ~

Location is good, easily assessible from Tai Chung railway station, and to other popular attractions.Good location, very good communication with the host, and the house owner who had limited English but was very successful in telling us the house rules using gestures and sounds!! Lovely little place! Room is nice and pleasant, as advertised. Will definitely recommend.

Next to churches, monuments: nice, beautiful, low density, friendly and convenient neighborhood. There are multiple good restaurants of different styles within a 5 minute walk downstairs, as well as a bakery with frequent queues.There is no lack of supermarket, convenience store. Seven minutes walk to the professional massage center.Going to Fine Arts or the lively shopping district is also quick. The airbnb on the 5th floor was comfortable and the facilities, the beddings were excellent. There is a new clothing store on the ground that is being renovated, but the sound is light. The hot water supply was unstable on Fridays during residency, and Edward dealt with overnight, replacing the motor the next day to fix the problem.Edward is a reliable superhost - guests are in good hands:)
