Great space, all very accessible in the facilities, ideal for large families.

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a house with a good sized floor. Next time we go to Ticumán we plan to stay here again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

It's a nice house with an excellent pool. The perfect combination to rest and enjoy with family. The property has all the amenities described. I recommend this place very close to the CDMX.

It is a super large and spacious house, I loved that they accepted our puppies, they are super friendly people and excellent hosts... the house has enough spaces to live in, as well as 5 quite spacious rooms, the house has WiFi and Netflix... the pool is quite large and we pass it super also has an area for the little ones ... it has a large garden and tmb has 03 bathrooms with tub and the kitchen has everything you need to cook... there are shops nearby to buy groceries as well as oxxo and Soriana shops.... We really liked our stay and we recommend this house and its hosts extensively as I repeat they are very friendly and were looking out to us all the time, it is an ideal place to spend a quiet weekend and away from the hustle and bustle of the city ... We would definitely be back...

The house is very nice, getting there can be a bit confusing because you have to have a piece of dirt but being there is incredible. Eduardo communicated with me the entire time. I would definitely come back.

Dream vacation. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and safe. Mago (cook), Miriam (cleaning), and Gustavo (grounds) are absolutely lovely. Kind, helpful, thorough, and eager to meet our every need; even willing to go above and beyond! Mago prepared delicious meals to-order, every room in the house was cleaned daily, and the grounds were prepared each morning for our enjoyment. We loved the deliciously warm pool, and enjoyed the theatre room every evening. This was the ultimate relaxing getaway. We only wish we had more reasons to return to this incredible place.

everything excellent, the pool is fabulous the temperature and everything very comfortable. great space inside and in the gardens. the only thing as a suggestion to improve, the pans were not in good condition but otherwise everything was very good and worth what you pay

The incredible place, very nice cozy, with everything that was mentioned. we loved that it is away from the noise, you live very much with nature and the attention of the hosts was more than excellent. they were always attentive to the directions and were aware to be able to enter since if it can be a little confusing but they supported us excellent. We would definitely plan more visits to their home. The cellular network signal is null in the house, one should walk a little to have a signal, but that is very good why it helps you disconnect from technology and enjoy nature. We thank you for all your support and your home.

Excellent attention from Jessica and Monica, they always respond quickly, the house is comfortable, you do not have anyone bothering you, but they could maintain the pool, since the mosaics are being taken off and in some parts it hurts on the floor, there are services such as pizzeria and a quite stocked shop that take everything to the house without having to leave, which is excellent, in the publication there are some instructions on how to get from the cabin for xochitepec, I suggest following the Google maps or waze directions since those that appear in the publication, although they take you to the accommodation, the most ugly road.
