Chalet on the edge of the Saint-Maurice River, admire the river through its large windows, located on a private estate of 130 hectares, warm comfort, wood stove in the open area, heated floors, 2 heat pumps, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 4 very comfortable beds and in the basement, board games and a television with several DVDs. On the property there are several activities, access to a private beach, a 7-kilometre trail, two waterfalls, and a cascade, etc.

Behind a small grove, the bungalow is discreetly located behind a notary office. with two mini-service centers 1-2 min. walking distance. The little gazebo that dresses the front door gives the impression that a stop time is necessary. A short walk will get you to a small park that encourages you to take a meditative walk. Everything in the bungalow is new, you get a workspace, free parking, an outdoor electrical outlet, smart TV and 5G wifi., desk.
