On four levels, connected by spiral stairs there are: kitchen with bathroom, welcoming with sofa and fireplace, hot tub with shower, bedroom with bathroom. Хатинка знаходиться на вершині гори висотою 850 метрів, поруч із селом Мариничі. Шлях на гору складає близько трьох кілометрів, через ліс та полонину. Можливість піднятися на гору лишень пішки, продукти та інші речі до хатинки вивозить кінь, в супроводі з гідом. За потреби можливо залишити авто на стоянці під горою.
