We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

You can visit the Abbey of Hautecombe, hiking, water sports, 6 km from the charming tourist village of Chanaz, its craftsmen, its canal and its waterfront restaurants.

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Arbo' Gîte: Renovated villa of more than 180 m²

Located in Ain, in Arboys-en-Bugey, close to Belley. A quiet and relaxing corner between lakes and mountains. Our cottage combines the modern and authentic side of a former upholstery store. You will enjoy very large space indoors and out. It has a capacity of 1 to 16 people with a living room of more than 60 m², 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The cottage is adjoining our house but not facing it. The entrance and parking are independent.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

Studio for 2 people (+1 baby) 10 minutes from the highway (Lyon, Geneva, Grenoble) between city and lake in a green setting. Studio attached to the house, consisting of a kitchen area with fridge, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, oven. Countryside stay in an unpretentious private 50m2 garden level. Ideal for nature-loving athletes. The owners live on the upper floor but are very discreet. The cottage is located near Lac du Bourget. Here no Wi-Fi or TV but books and board games . Our cottage does NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Ready for a 3 seater canoe, but provide roof bars for transportation . Initiation to caving (for a fee) .no electric charging.

Come and enjoy an area still preserved at the foot of the Grand Colombier and 20 minutes from Lac du Bourget. Located in a quiet and charming hamlet, the cottage is spacious (70 m²) and well-equipped. The price includes the supply of sheets (your beds will be prepared for your arrival) and the provision of towels and dish towels. Guests can enjoy a private furnished terrace and deckchairs.
