In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to our charming cottage between Beauce and Perche, 38 m² outbuilding of our main house. Enjoy an independent garden and park your car in our private space. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. On request, we will be happy to offer you a homemade breakfast with local products (€12.5/pers). See you soon :)

Atypical house right on the water

In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Fields and forests surround the mill and offer you many bike rides. And what a pleasure to have a picnic by a lake at sunset!

For a stay or passing through for work, you will have all the comforts of this up-to-date accommodation on the family farm. There are two double beds and a sofa bed rather suitable for children. Sheets, bathroom linen (for 2 double beds only) and dish towels provided. Facilities: nespresso coffee machine; filter coffee machine; toaster; kettle; dishwasher; washing machine; hair dryer.

House which is 15 km from Chartres, 1h30 from Paris. The A11 motorway is 10 minutes away, Illiers-Combray exit: no. 3.1 Nearby (3 km to Bailleau le Pin) are all shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc.) Bed linen and towels are provided. 2 pets are accepted for a total price of €10. Country accommodation located in Percheron village in a green setting. Accommodation of about 60 m2 equipped with one bedroom, a dining/living room with convertible bed (BZ), a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. On a 2500 m2 shaded plot with terrace to fully enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is private, the land may be shared. All amenities 7 km away. (Illiers, Brou)
