Built in the late 1800's, the Little House is the oldest house in the Yoder community. It's full of old-world charm and modern conveniences. If these walls could talk, they'd tell lots of stories! Add this place to your list of must-sees in the our community.... it's one of a kind. Both houses are in our backyard in the town of Yoder, the center of quaint charm.

Cozy one bedroom cottage within walking distance to the Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Complex/Arena, Planet Fitness and the Cosmosphere. Also within a short distance to the Kansas State Fairgrounds, Downtown Hutchinson, Fox Theater and several local businesses. We welcome and look forward to meeting guest of all backgrounds. We will however not book to locals without prior approval due to problems with damages.

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a bath/shower combo (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. A simple breakfast will be provided.
