Very satisfied with this place. House was clean and neighborhood was nice and quiet.

I had everything I needed to attend a conference and spend a day in Davis even though I didn’t have a car. If you’re comfortable on a bike, it’s easy to get from Naomi’s place to downtown Davis on her provided bike. She also has helmets and a pump. I walked to a local restaurant the first night and to the budget grocery store for breakfast and dinner stuff. The neighborhood is pretty and felt safe.

I had a wonderful stay at Bobby's place. The location is private and quiet, but also a quick 10-minute drive from most things you could need. I stayed here as part of my fellowship program at UC Davis and it was close to the highway to get to the school (~20 min). I'd highly recommend staying here if you are commuting to Davis or are needing a quieter place to stay. The bathroom was very nice and well updated, along with the kitchen. Bobby and his family were very friendly and accommodating during my stay.

This is my go-to place when I am in the area. Quietly, peaceful and equipped with amenities needed for long stay. For the price, this is a great deal.
