Perfect location. The condo is huge! Clean , safe and in a perfect location to get to attractions and local stores. The outdoor space is a bonus! Highly recommend.

We rented Scott's condo for an 80th birthday celebration for my mom. There were four of us ladies and we had the best stay! It was clean, spacious, well-appointed and the location is wonderful for shopping and sight seeing. Would definitely stay again!

It was a perfect little get away, while learning colonial history! Definitely recommend coming back when it is warmer out!

We had a great stay! It was very close to Busch Gardens and all other Williamsburg attractions. The space was great for us and our 2 children. Great place to stay!

The space was set up exactly how described and was clean. We enjoyed a great stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, but that was not the fault of the host, rather the resort.

Lovely property, super spacious, Beautiful, cozy, fully stocked condos...great for our family of 6 on a short notice vac. Tania was great accommodating us. To find a Clean & sanitized place was a huge concern for my family & I, but Tania went beyond expectations...Excellent location to Williamsburg activities. Beaches, Pools and put-put golf were great for families. We had a lovely time! The staff were also kind and helpful. We would recommend it and would definitively come back!

Fantastic accommodations with like home feel- love having the full kitchen, washer dryer and outdoor space (unit had a screened in 3 season room and a porch!). Beautiful grounds- kids enjoyed all the amenities- fishing, swimming, mini golf, ping pong and walking around the property seeing the turtles and baby ducks and geese. Great location- close to a target and a Publix, all of the Williamsburg things to see and some great, easy restaurants. After having all the room we had at Scott’s place (two teenagers and a nine year old had all the space they could want), I would never stay at a traditional hotel again. Thank you for being a responsive and friendly host!

This was the best place I have ever stayed! The house was very clean and quite , check in was very easy . I loved the beds very comfortable. A lot of cable channels it was a lot to watch . You must stay here it was a lot of stores and places to eat near here as well . Thank you so much our family loved it .

The place was very clean and renovated with high end product. I've stay at the Powhatan Resort several times for my sons soccer tournaments over the years and this place was by far the best unit we stayed in, Thank you, Tania.
