Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Yvetot

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment for four months. The space is aesthetically pleasing and very well-maintained, with all amenities functioning perfectly throughout my stay. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance and excellent public transport connections nearby. I always felt extremely safe in the neighbourhood, even late at night. The overall vibe of the place is warm, welcoming, and peaceful—ideal for both working and relaxing. I’m genuinely grateful for this experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a long or short stay in the city!

eve is warm, and understandable in relation to schedules, the accommodation was very clean, well equipped and in a good location, impeccable. Very good Easter we spent at Laura's house. We were able to soak up the sun on the deck. The city center is a stone's throw away with an exceptional market on Saturday mornings. Also close to the port.

This apartment has a great location, everything close, even the beach. To my great surprise there was always a parking space free in the street. About the apartment itself I can only be positive... everything is present, perfectly maintained. Apartments like this make it a pleasure to travel!

We were there with our 3 grown children and their friends. Everyone felt very comfortable. Plenty of space. We couldn't use everything at all. It was super relaxed. If the weather was nice, we could have used the garden more. All in all great

Friendly and responsive host Too bad it wasn't hot enough to take our meals on this friendly terrace. An electric grill would be very useful for the outside in addition to the charcoal grill. The proximity to the beach is very pleasant

Beautiful apartment, spacious, sunny, with beautiful views of the courtyard and the village. The layout of the rooms and the partitions created by the architect make it original and very pleasant to stay in. The location is ideal for enjoying the charm of Houlgate and its beautiful beach. Thomas was accommodating and very responsive and we really enjoyed the welcome gift.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

For people, who would be hesitant. I'm confirming this place is peaceful! It is a haven of peace, with this beautiful terrace that offers views of the sea, and which is perfectly furnished. We had a lovely stay, the place perfectly matches the photos as well as the description. Communication with Abde is very fluid. Sinath's welcome was perfect. The accommodation is in close proximity to the Marcel Proust promenade, the market and many restaurants, which allows you to do anything on foot. Very beautiful and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain not nickel dishes). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but a shame that it is so narrow and that the other poorly parked residents hinder the maneuvers (which are numerous and painful).
