Double ceiling height in the large living room in combination with the sea view gives a wonderful feeling of space. Built in 2023, the house is constructed from hand-hewn timber in a traditional style but equipped with all modern amenities, including underfloor heating and a wood-burning fireplace. Nice forest walks directly from the plot, map included. The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160 bed from a premium brand, with ocean views from the pillow. Nearby excursion destinations.

Welcome to live next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a wood-burning stove.

Välkommen till en skärgårdsidyll. Ett före detta skärgårdshemman. Stuga vid havet med egen brygga. Beläget i Kolsvik som är en liten by på Yxlan. I närhet till skog och mark samt nära sandstrand. Vedeldad bastu samt kamin. (Ved ingår ej) Kvällssol på bryggan till sent på kvällen där man kan sitta och äta middag. Nyrenoverat hus med tillgång till fullt utrustat kök samt vardagsrum. Havsutsikt. Bastu vid bryggan med tillhörande dusch. WC finns i huset. 1 sovrum samt en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.
