A nice and cozy stay, quietly located yet remains central. Close to the beach and cities like Alkmaar and Amsterdam. With a lovely, sunny garden where there are plenty of relax spots. The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

Built in 1888, this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank house and the Central Station. Outside on the deck one has a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

This room is a mix of antique and modern style, comfortable and luxury furnished and fully equipped. There is a luxurious double bed and folding bed with high-quality mattresses. The total room was renovated in August 2018. Opposite our House is a forest. Our garden is subtropical, with hibiscus, palms, and a fig tree. You are welcome

This cozy apartment is close to Amsterdam. Within 15 minutes you are in the heart of Amsterdam. The apartment has a spacious living room overlooking the water, nice kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, single bed and there is a stretcher for any extra guest. The apartment is on the 1st floor, which is accessible with stairs, there is no elevator. There is a French balcony that gives a view over the water.

Cozy house + garden in the city center + cat

If you love being close to everything, this cozy house (WITH CAT!) is ideal! It is in downtown Zaandam. In a few minutes walk you are at the NS station (very often trains to Amsterdam), in the shopping street or at restaurants and pubs. Also, in fine weather you can sit in the garden and enjoy my flowers and plants! I'm still renovating, but it's fun and tidy enough to share with others, but you can still see it!

Op De Noord – Rural Amsterdam

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
