Vacation rentals with a firepit in Zadar County

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. We had a beautiful stay in such a lovely villa! Location is ideally between the airport and the old town with a harbour and beach within walking distance as well as local supermarkets.

Great, very friendly hosts. We were offered fresh vegetables and honey. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. We even got the option to check in faster. The home is as described and as in the photos, very spacious, quiet neighborhood.

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Our stay on Vir was wonderful! The location of the apartment is really fantastic, ideal if you want to spend your vacation quieter and a little more secluded. Dragica is a very caring hostess, we felt well taken care of.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with a view in a rural area. Tastefully equipped, lots of kitchen utensils, large TV, good internet connection. Great was also the large covered and modern furnished terrace with BBQ! Well located for excursions in all directions, Zadar, Paklenika National Park, etc. Especially suitable for tenants with electric cars, as fast charging columns are easily accessible nearby.

great host, very welcoming. the house is just perfect. Very clean feels home from the beginning. well equiped. Zvjezdana is the most generous host, she welcomed us with fresh fruits from the garden. All the essentials were complete and like new. More than the essential food items were provided in the kitchen including extra pasta, salt and pepper and other herbs. Perfect family home. highly recommend! big thank you to the host!

Great stay. Adriana welcomed us at check-in, always very sunny and nice! The house is very beautiful and new. Beautiful view from the terrace, mainly in the evening. Highly recommended.

We had a good stay at this apartment! Just a short walk to the beach and the charming old city. The host family was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

We had a very nice stay. Vinko and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. The place looked exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean and spacious. The surroundings are quiet, but offer everything your heart desires. We didn't have a car for the first few days, but we were able to reach everything, e.g. a small supermarket, restaurants and the harbor in about 15 minutes on foot. The beach is also very nice and well suited for swimming if you like a pebble beach. We can definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back. ☺️

We had a great stay in Pakostane. Apartmet was suitably located, good spot for trips and walks. Host very responsive and helful, overall experience 5/5! I truly recommend :)

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Stipe is very nice and helpful. The apartment is great, bright and clean with direct views of the sea, just a few steps away. We were there for a week and also recovered well due to the quiet location of the apartment. I recommend the apartment.

Upon arrival, everything worked great. Everything worked out in the furnishings and there were also accessories available for the ladies (wife and daughter) in addition to an iron and hairdryer. From the apartment, the old town was within easy walking distance and around the corner restaurants and a small supermarket. Vacation has been successful. Best regards, Wolfgang Fuchs
