The apartment has three bedrooms, living room with sofa, kitchen and bathroom with separate toilet. All rooms are connected by a spacious hall. Although the apartment is located in a historic building whose construction began at the end of the 19th century apartment was recently completely renovated and has everything a modern person living in the 21 century may want (such as broadband internet and elevator). You can’t decide if you want proximity to the city center or short distance to the beach? With apartment Anđela you can have both :) Lovely one-bedroom apartment is located in Perlini building dated from 1901 year. Perlini building is one of the few which remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies the important part of the Zadar history. Although the building is old lady, the apartment is completely new and modern, renovated in 2020.
