A wonderful house in beautiful vineyards surroundings. Everything was clean and organised, the host was helpful and responsive, we had an amazing time!!

We had a great time! Everything was as advertised. Szallas is in a very calm location , yet you can find excellent restaurants within a 10-minute drive. Bence is a great host: flexible and responded to all messages in minutes. I hope we have the opportunity to vacation here:)

we had so much fun, my family visited Balaton the first time. the cottage was lovely and we managed to use the fireplace too. no issues at all, highly recommend this place! we are planning to come back in the summer x

Daniel responded quickly and in detail to questions even before our visit. Check-in was even possible earlier. Daniel was very accommodating and took good care of his guests. The location of the accommodation is great, beach 5 minutes, city about 15 minutes. Close to restaurants. The pool had a pleasant temperature and was cleaned daily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

The house is comfortable, modernly designed, beautifully located in the middle of a vineyard. We loved the views and the quiet surroundings. A short driving distance from good restaurants and the lake. Will definitely come back for another family vacation.

Nora was extremely helpful while I was in Balatonmádi. I had my passport taken at the Budapest airport and Nora was my interpreter all the way. Her apartment was wonderful, very much like a comfortable home. It was 40°C the first day I was there but the apartment remained cool.

We had a great time. Everything was as described and photographed. I can only recommend this place to stay. BEAUTIFULLY styled apartment. A special congratulations for the plants inside and outside,🥰🥰🥰 I'm sure we'll be back.

Small cozy house, suitable for a family to spend a few days far from crowded areas. A few minutes to drive to the nearest beach area. Pal is a nice guy, very helpful.

We had such an amazing holiday at lake Balaton, and having such a lovely house to stay in really made the holiday. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Zsuzsa's mum is such a nice lady, and welcomed us warmly and kindly. She even brought us a delicious platter of fresh fruit grown in the garden. The weather was very hot during our stay, but the shaded outside spaces meant we were rarely uncomfortable. The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and is a short walk from the things to do in the town. You can probably tell, we loved every minute of our stay!

The place met all our expectations. The home is exactly like the photos. The lake is a 3-minute walk away. On top of that, we found wonderful weather, so we had the perfect trip. On top of that, we had beautiful concerts of singers outside the window. There is absolutely nothing missing in the apartment.

The hosts were fast to respond, in a last minute booking. My sons were on a road trip and their opportunity to stay over at our friends fell through - so organized a last minute booking for them, which worked out very well. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The place is in a good location and the value is very good.

First time in this location, host was friendly and flexible everything was as described. Moreover, Fabio’s mother cooked a very nice cookies for us. Highly recommend !

Szilvia is a wonderful host. She was made with a surprise and a lovely letter greeted us at check-in. She was always quick to respond to questions and recommend things to do. The place is perfect for families with small children (too). It's spacious, clean, and has a nice big yard. And the neighborhood is beautiful.

This was our third time at this beautiful house and we had a fantastic stay as always. Our highlights were: the garden and private lake access for us, the fenced garden for our dog and the high-speed WiFi for my teenage kids.

I have nothing but praise for Anett's property and her exceptional hosting. The area is a peaceful village by beautiful Lake Balaton, surrounded by green fields and vineyards. We loved cycling around, hiking to nearby attractions, and spotting wildlife. It was a true experience of tranquility and nature. The vacation home is delightful - beautifully furnished, spacious, and well-equipped. Our family of seven stayed comfortably for ten days. The large balcony overlooks a garden full of fruit trees, adding to the charm. Anett is an outstanding host. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Thoughtful touches like children's games, books, bicycles, and local maps truly elevated our experience. The house had everything we needed and more. It's rare to find such a well-prepared vacation home with so many amenities. In summary, every moment was enjoyable. For us, it was a dream vacation in a perfect setting.

Full score in almost all areas, except communication. There was no need for it. We are delighted with this really very clean and fully equipped holiday home with direct access to the lake. Perfect for families with kids and a pet. Absolute recommendation 👍

It was great! Large home with a nice garden and a 10 min walk to the Balaton. The only thing missing were towels for showering.

It is a wonderful accomodation, very close to the lakeside with every facility you would need. The house was very clean, Daniel was very helpful and responded quickly. We will be back definitely!
