A great deal for a place in Dipolog. The listing is worth the price for the space provided. It is accessible and easy to find. The place is also clean. My only point of concern is that there is no AC in one of the rooms. We just opened the AC in the living area and kept the door of the room open to make it cool. An electric fan in this room would have made the stay perfect.

Jamela's home was a great place to stay at, when in the area. Excellent service, and there's always someone at their front desk until late night to help you out with anything you may need during your stay. Staff is very friendly. The space is clean, there is sufficient space in the room for 4, and the kitchen and dining area is separated from the bedroom - it feels like a 1 bedroom condo apartment. Would definitely recommend this listing.

My family of four had a wonderful stay for 1week in Mayla’s Powers Guesthouse. it was quiet and private. We thank her also for letting my local family to visit us and had a big dinner right outside the house. The swimming pool was extra fun for our kids everyday. We enjoyed the biliard, my nephews used the basketball court for a short while. Love the variety of plants around. I highly recommend this house for short and long stay. Cliff place is nice, clean ,peaceful near to blvd and beach .Cliff is very good host very accommodating to his guest,great location , close to mall , and restaurant, great WiFi only one glitch the city was working on under ground pipes so water was limited ….overall I had great experience

Comfortable, spacious, clean, and relaxing. Great place if you want to just rest and be away from the noise of the city; need to have a car or any means of transportation though when you stay here because it is not very accessible from public transpo.

I have stayed at their two properties I guess about 6 times now. Thus far I have not found a nicer place to stay in Pagadian. This stay was just over 2 weeks. I really like the neighborhood and of course the unit. Comfortable, spacious and makes one feel at home. Great owners and hosts. I often use the stores at the end of the drive, both are awesome but use the one across the street the most. Just a note: One thing I will mention to the down side, the property next-door has multiple dogs that bark sometimes during the day and sometimes early morning-night, but the aircon covers most of that if you're in the bedroom. I've gotten use to it.
