For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Cozy Brick House is located just off Interstate 69 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. This two bedroom, one bath will provide you with a multitude of amenities.
