Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Zaton

Perfect location and excellent hosts. We felt like family during our stay. 2 minute walk from the gate entry to old town. The less busy gate and a 5 minute walk to the best beach in town. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely stunning! We spent a week at this gorgeous villa. Our hosts were so welcoming and friendly. We were 4 adults and 2 children so made use of the 3 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite which was very convenient. Every little detail was so well thought out, the amenities in the kitchen were fab, everything you could ever need! The outside space is beautiful and so private. The location is great, really close to Dubrovnik and the surrounding villages. The pizza restaurant over the road is delicious and some small shops locally had everything we needed to cook at the villa. 100% recommend!

This is a very good place to stay, right near the bustling bay of Dubrovnik, with a very good view and basin view. Not only that, the host is very nice. We arrived very late, and the host's father greeted us at the door. The next day, he also introduced us to the interesting story and history of the house. Table tennis is very convenient, and we also barbecued in the courtyard. The facilities in the house are very new and convenient, and the hot water is very sufficient. Let our journey in Croatia have a wonderful end. Thanks to the host for providing us with such a good place!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Sanja’s place was exactly like the photos. It was lovely and peaceful and breakfast on the veranda was idyllic. Even though it was very quiet, there was so much to do nearby and it was a great location. Finally Sanja was very responsive to our messages and helpful!

Just returned from a week at Vacation House Pietra & I’m so glad we chose this accommodation. Both the house & host have been exceptional. The property is beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, & perfectly placed in a peaceful spot in picturesque Cavtat old town while being conveniently close to all amenities. Our host was friendly, efficient, & even helped arrange our airport transfers (thank you Paola!). All in all a fabulous experience - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

A perfect place in a fabulous location. For our holiday to Cavtat. The outside space is just fantastic, sitting in the hot tub overlooking the bay at Cavtat, enjoying the peaceful and secluded courtyard in the middle of the old town was just wonderful.

Everything great except that one bathroom had hair in the shower, and there was no shower gel in any of the bathrooms. We only stayed one night so we didn't mind that much.

Really nice house with an amazing view. It has also all the extras like salt, oil, dishwasher tabs etc. which makes it super comfortable as there is no need to buy anything you only will use once.

A wonderful week at Rina’s villa. Beautiful villa with plenty of outside space and pool was a bonus. Rina was so responsive , answering questions and organising our airport transfers. Thank you Rina

Mara was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was great we enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub. In fact we enjoyed spending our days around the villa. Mara introduced us to a local taxi gentleman Marco who was fabulous and recommended restaurants and boat trips and days out. If you don’t have a car use Marco.

WOW! Fantastic holiday for our family (six adults and two children)! Villa Joe has EVERYTHING you could possibly need/want in a holiday and the pictures really don’t do it justice. Bedrooms and en-suites were all spotless including all the cot bedding making it a home from home! The main attribute to this stay was Amila.. she was responsive to all queries and provided everything from welcome cakes and wine, facilities for my baby ( cot,high chair and bath!), advice on restaurants and goodbye gifts. Nothing was too much trouble and made us feel so welcome! Tips - villa really is walking distance from the airport taking us only 15 minutes to walk with three cases and two children! With this said planes takeoff in opposite direction so no noise! Ubers into local cavtat 10ish EURO and 25ish EURO to Dubrovnik.. both worth a visit! Is a lovely local restaurant in walking distance (domestico) and small shop.. we did a bigger shop via Uber no problem too! We shall be back!

A beautiful Airbnb that is accurate to the photos and description. Clean and well equipped. And what a view!!

Wow, what a location!! we had a fabulous time here, the hosts were extremely helpful and gave us all the info we needed to make the most of our time. We brought our young kids and paid the extra to have the pool heated which was very worthwhile. We couldn't get them out of the water. Having the beach on the doorstep was a bonus the water is just spectacular and we swam in the sea every day spotting fish and even an octopus one day! The local restaurants and small towns are worth a visit too. We didn't want to leave!!! I think we all feel very relaxed after our time in this fantastic house ❤️

The stay from start to finish was amazing and we felt so at home during our stay. The family are incredibly kind and responsive, providing welcome food and drinks on arrival, fresh produce during the stay, and a gift on departure. The villa itself has everything you need for a family holiday with indoor and summer kitchens, comfy bed, pool and hot tube. It is exactly as described and the views top it all off. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away, but plenty of options nearby. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Our stay at the Villa was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for Darko, our host. He organised our transfers, was always on hand to help and he even treated us all to a delicious bbq with freshly caught fish and meats. Delicious! He is a lovely man who’s passionate about his country and his sole purpose is to ensure that his guests have the best stay at his little corner of paradise as possible. He brought us olive oil freshly pressed from his olive grove and made sure we had some bread and cheese and meats, plus a few beers and soft drinks and essentials on arrival. The Villa is fantastic, with everything anyone could need - amazing to have the kayaks and paddle board and we could go straight into the sea! Zaton Mali is a beautiful bay with nice restaurants and we even saw a pod of dolphins 50ft away from our Villa! Had a lovely boat trip on Darko’s nephew, Luca’s boat as well. Good transport links into Dubrovnik also. Thank you so much for making our stay so amazing!
