Fernseher, Beamer, Tischkicker und Flipper laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein und Bus und Bahn für die Fahrt nach Würzburg sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt Würzburgs in knapp 30 Minuten problemlos zu erreichen und der Main und die Weinberge sind fast vor der Haustür.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub and washing machine. The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in 2023. This has a separate apartment entrance door + garage + parking space. This includes a separate small garden with terrace, grill.

Bright accommodation at Ringpark

The bright and central apartment is located directly between the Ringpark and Südbahnhof Würzburg. It is designed for up to four overnight guests. In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed and in the living room a sofa bed with also 1.60 m width. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a spacious shower tray, the bathroom also has a washer-dryer, which also allows longer stays.

Our apartment is not large, but optimally furnished to relax and rest after a busy or eventful day. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own entrance and a mini terrace. Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields.
