House vacation rentals in Zell am See

Great wooden house, very clean as shown on the pictures, only you can't sneak up! 😉 The view is really great! Communication was also quick and easy with the landlords! 👍 We were satisfied and were also able to bridge the time with bad weather well in the house. In the kitchen we only missed larger pots for our number of people (6 adults) - then cooked noodles spread over several pots. But it was also possible 😉

Harald is a great host who makes a lot of effort and takes good care. The apartment was lovingly prepared - A very charming modernized cabin with interesting gadgets (sunbed, steam shower), but without a dishwasher/washing machine. The restored walls/floors are visually magnificent, but also lead to dust and one or other splinters with my son. The sleeping situation was a bit challenging for us as a larger family, as only one double room is lockable and the entire apartment is very clairaudient (two single beds in the open living area, an open sleeping camp with 4 beds and 1m ceiling height). The outdoor area is magnificent with "beach area" including hammocks and swimming pond. Fresh eggs from the chickens to collect yourself.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

We had the best time! The house is a dream, beautiful old touch but very modern and has everything one could wish for. we went on a hike in the mountains, did Pilates every morning on the deck with direct view on the mountains, enjoyed the hangout area in the sun and the pool, and Mark even made sure to bring more gas so we could Barbecue.

The kitchen was well-equipped, and the mesmerizing mountain view from the deck was unforgettable. We loved spending time in the cheerful winter garden, playing table football (kicker) and unwinding in the relaxing sauna. Sandra was quick to response our calls and polite throughout our stay. I’d definitely recommend this place.

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

Our stay was super nice. The parking was right in front of the house, which was great. The mountains had felt close to grab and even marvel at the breakfast table. We had just arrived immediately in the holiday feeling. We had also felt well taken care of with our questions and were received in a very friendly manner.

House is situated in lovely and peaceful location. It has a nice garden with a creek. The house is fairly old and feels more like mountain cottage, but bathroom is newly renovated and everything was clean. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

The reception was very friendly, Fini and Gabriel showed us all and gave good recommendations for activities. The house was super clean and well stocked apart from the soap. We felt very comfortable, would be happy to come back!

The chalet was an absolute dream – idyllically located, exceptionally tastefully furnished and surrounded by pure nature. You can feel the love with which Birgit designed this place in every detail. Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

We traveled with two families for a week’s ski holiday and as there was just 9 of us we had ample of space. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. There are lots of bathrooms and toilets so getting ready in the morning was easy. The sauna was much appreciated by all after a full day of skiing. There is a great boot room with a heated cupboard to keep your boots and your ski clothes nice and warm over night. Really great touch. The shared spaces are really cosy and comfy. Plenty of space for kids and grownups to have their own space for chilling and socialising. The kitchen is great for cooking and we ended up staying in most nights even if there are a lot of great eating options nearby. The location is superb with a short walk to the gondola. Skiing at the resort is fantastic and is well catered for kids and families. We have no hesitation in recommending this place for any family or group of friends.

We had four great days at Elisabeth's place. Very clean and fully equipped accommodation. You can tell from many details that Elisabeth wants to make it as pleasant as possible for her guests. Communication was warm and straightforward, and we felt completely comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

Beautiful, well-furnished house with everything we needed for a long weekend.

We stayed here with four adults and two smaller children for winter holidays. The property and the region are great for various types of winter activities. If you have higher requirements in the alpine ski area, for example, you can reach the Widen Kaiser in about 35 minutes.

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!
