Excellent place to have a family vacation, the complex has very well maintained facilities with lots of vegetation and the location is great. Fernanda's attention is excellent.. highly recommended!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic time at Rebecca's place. We had plenty of room, plenty of amenities and the view was perfect. What a treat to fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the gorgeous beach view. The location was not only so close to the beach but also a very easy walk to vendors, restaurants, cafes, grocery shopping. The location had nice, pristine pools and a beautifully kept residential area. The beds were comfortable and everything was nicely decorated; the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals should we want to. We will definitely be back here!

The pictures accurately portray this beautiful home. The views were breathtaking, with stunning sunsets everyday. The Condo was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils to cook delicious meals. Any issues were handled promptly by the Owner Eric and resolved as quickly as possible. One of the the things we appreciated most was that there was enough breeze during the evenings that we didn’t have to have the air conditioning on as we enjoyed the end of day activities. Beautiful apartment on peninsula Ixtapa where you can enjoy with family ! It is a place to rest, if your plan is to go with friends to party this is not an option. The apartment has everything you need to spend days there, the restaurant accessible and rich, I highly recommend it. And Luz María a super attentive host! Thank you

This was our fifth visit to the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo area. We have never stayed in the Marina but this was a pleasant surprise. The view of the bay is spectacular - best we have had. The unit is well equipped with gas stove top and all of the cooking utensils you need. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. Howard is a good host. He answered all of my questions and the property manager met us promptly at the property. The only negative for some folks is that it is a 15 min walk to the main Ixtapa restaurant district. We enjoyed the walk and there are a few closer restaurants in the marina. The benefit is that this resort is much quieter than some of the resorts we stayed at that were closer. Overall highly recommended!

This condo is very clean and well equipped. It is in a great location, close to everything, restaurants, shopping, beach. The grounds and pool are clean and the staff are so friendly.

Ricardo was very friendly and responsive when we had any questions about the condo and the area. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. The building is in a quiet location and the beds were very comfortable. This condo is perfect if you are travelling with other couples or a large family… there is plenty of room for everyone. One thing to note is if you have mobility issues you might find it hard to get around. There are stairs leading to the lower level bedrooms and the hike to the main gate is all up hill although you can get a taxi to pick you up right by your condo. There is also a short walk down a rocky path to get to the beach so you definitely need to wear some sort of footwear. The beach at Las Brisas was never overcrowded and you can get food and bar service there if you pay with $. We spent quite a few days there enjoying the beach and swimming in the ocean. I would highly recommend Ricardo’s condo and would love to go back there someday.

The place is super convenient, very well located. Nice to go as a couple. You have access to pools and restaurant in there. Parking within the premises. Literal 5 minutes walk from the plaza to go to dinner in Rubens or go at night to Sr. Frogs.

Hard to know where to begin. Everything was superb. The condo was stocked with virtually everything you could ask for. Space was cozy, and the beds were fantastic. I love this building and Linda and Jim have done a great job of setting up a rental space in it. Sundries, condiments, coffee, etc were all covered. Owners in the building were extremely friendly, staff were very friendly and helpful. I could honestly go on for days, but the shorty version is our stay was superb, Linda was wonderful and I look forward to being back.

Everything at Mateo’s condo was as described and things were clean and neat. There was plenty of bedding , towels/ pool towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The grounds are private and well kept. The separate adult and family pools is a nice touch. It location can’t be beat, right on a beautiful beach and across the street from the restaurant/ shopping area!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb in Ixtapa, Mexico, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. One tip for fellow travelers: If you're ordering food or drinks at the pool, be aware that gratuity is automatically included on the bill. It’s easy to overlook this detail and accidentally overpay. Of course, feel free to add extra if you’d like to show additional appreciation, but it’s good to know upfront. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed getaway.

Great value for the size of the home. Sadly had to leave due to an emergency so I didn't get to enjoy it long enough, but I'll definitely be back! Great hosts were very understanding and helpful.

She was also super accommodating when we arrived later than planned, which was super helpful to us. THIS IS THE HOUSE, AN INCREDIBLE VIEW AND ITS SMALL BUT ENOUGH POOL, THE PLACE, THE AREA IS VERY QUIET AND SAFE, EASY TO GET TO THE FRACTIONATION, THE HOST WAS IN FRONT OF THE QUESTIONS WE HAD, IN GENERAL THE HOUSE EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD COMMENTS THAT CAN HELP, ESSENTIAL BRING A MOSQUITO REPELLENT - THERE ARE MANY MOSQUITOES - SINCE IT IS AN OUTDOOR TERRACE AND THE HOST DESCRIBES IT LIKE THIS, THE ROOMS WHILE EESTEN CLOSED WITH THEIR MOSQUITO NET ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND AIR-CONDITIONED, THE BATHROOMS VERY WELL AND THE SHOWERS TOO ON THE FIRST DAY, IF IT IS DIFFICULT FOR A LITTLE TO FIND THE VILLA , BUT A PERSON OF THOSE WHO WORK IN THE FRACTIONATION HELP US TO ENTER (THE VILLA) THE HOUSE IN GENERAL, IF I WOULD BE RENTING THIS STAY, AMI AND MY FAMILY (6) WE REALLY LIKED IT
