There is not enough words that can describe this superbly modern apartment in a beautiful location facing a small beach with great water views and incredible sunsets. Arriving in spring time, one’s senses is constantly engulfed by the beautiful smell of orange blossoms in the area surrounding the apartment. We were met by the owners daughter who was waiting for us to welcome us and show us around the apartment and was very helpful in answering all our questions. The apartment is as described with all the listed amenities and a temperature controlled pool in the back. A small supermarket is just located within a minute walking distance and Torgir old town is only a few minutes driving distance. I whole heartedly recommend this apartment if one is looking for a relaxing time in a scenic setting with warm and kind people in a beautiful country. Finally, my sincere thanks to the kind husband & wife owners who made us very welcome in our stay.

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

I think this might be our favourite place on the Croatian coast. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautiful and welcoming. The best feature is the balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean. Vice, the host, has many local recommendations and is very communicative and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and relaxed staying at this place. We would definitely come back. :)

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

10/10 recommend Josip and his Airbnb. He is the best Airbnb host we have ever met. Picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, took us to the supermarket, helped us with plans and recommendations including booking us a boat trip, and breakfast was included every morning hotel style. The location and views are beautiful and very peaceful. The local town has a few nice bars and restaurants which is only a few minutes walk away. Or you can get a 5 minute Uber into Trogir, and a 40 minute Uber to Split which was only 30 Euros. Worth noting there is another apartment next door so the pool area is shared if there are other people staying. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again. Thank you Josip for being so accommodating and making our trip so special.

The entire stay was seamless and very enjoyable.

The place in the apartment was great, it met all our expectations. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, the sea is just below the house, the area is quiet. Strawberry responds quickly and clearly to all questions. For us as a family with a young child, the accommodation in this apartment was a real rest and relaxation.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

I was in Danjielas with two friends for a week, unfortunately she couldn't be there, but her father was always there. He has already suggested different things to do in the area from day one to every morning (there was a lot to do in the area thanks to the great location of the Airbnb) The apartment, although it looked a little smaller than on the pictures, was completely spotless, a fully equipped kitchen, a super modern TV with everything you need, and a beautiful outdoor lighting with balcony and garden, a real dream :) Although we had 4 out of 6 days of rain, we were able to do a lot thanks to Damir's tips. And he was even so nice that he gave us a full day because the weather got better. So we could not test the private sea access. An incredible dream and a wonderful holiday... very happy to come back.

Arso's apartment is a small cozy apartment on the 1st floor, with a balcony from where we could look out over his lush garden, and we could freely eat from the windows and figs. Very close to everything: Baker, supermarket, bar, cafes, restaurants and beach life. Arso is helpful and very hospitable and is happy to share his knowledge of the island.

Truly amazing week! We had a perfect stay in this house. Thank you Petar for everything!

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

Great place to rest, everything is on hand. Very good location, clean apartment, newly furnished. Magda has always answered any questions.

Very nice apartment with wonderful sea views. You can also take a short swim in the sea and the waterfront is great for walks. We were so warmly welcomed and provided with delicious fruit from the garden. Very friendly hosts! There were plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. available, no apartment has been equipped so well so far. The entire facility is very cozy and loving, we felt right at home! The turtles are the hit, not just for kids! We highly recommend this place!

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! I would recommend the place to everyone and book again anytime. You are actually right on the beach, it is a maximum of 2 minutes' walk. Nearby is the promenade on the beach bars and restaurants were, you could also take dogs everywhere. Value for money was great

We had a great time in the apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtakingly beautiful looking out over the sea. The location is great, there is a supermarket in walking distance and very close to the beach. It is also a lovely costal walk to Trogir which we loved and is great for a drink or a sweet treat (Klara's recomendation). We rented a car and it was easy to park, Krka National Park is less than an hour away and its a short drive to Split so really well located. Everyone we met were friendly. The apartment itself is well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Klara was a great host, responsive and helpful. We had a great time and 100% recommend the apartment as a great base in Croatia.

We were 2 adults and 2 children for 9 days. The apartment itself was as pictured. However, there was no umbrella on the terrace, but there was a lot of green vegetation that provided a lot of shade. The kitchen is very small but fine for making small meals. Nice with a dishwasher. There is AC in the living room - unfortunately no AC in the bedrooms so it can get pretty hot in the bedrooms, even with a fan. We moved a few days into the living room at night when it was too hot in the bedrooms. The place is nice close to 2 beaches (beach Rožac and Okrug Gornji Beach). There is a small supermarket close to the apartment. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Beach Bočići - a lovely beach. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Trogir. One can also take an Uber pretty cheaply. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the airport to the apartment and costs about 15 euros by Uber. All in all, a great place.
