The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The "Kleine Kammer" is part of a more than 300-year-old, family-run thatched-roof house – a place full of history, tranquility and sea air. It covers two floors and offers country house flair with a large kitchen, low living room, two bedrooms. The furnishings are deliberately simple. Many pieces of furniture are antique or come from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

Starte den Tag mit Kaffee an der frischen Luft und lass ihn entspannt ausklingen. In wenigen Minuten bist du am Strand, auf der Promenade oder in der Granitz – perfekt zum Abschalten. The apartment is located in a detached house in quiet surroundings near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Perfect for quickly cycling by bike or car within 10 minutes in the place just 4 km away, The approx. 30 m² apartment has a separate entrance and is divided into a living room/bedroom, small hallway, separate kitchen and bathroom. In front of the entrance there are 2 cozy sitting areas, which invite you to a sunny breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

Bis zu 6 Personen finden in dieser schmucken Hütte ihren Platz. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad en Suite und ein separates Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett lassen Euch träumen. Der Balkon bietet großartigen Ausblick und die eigene KLAFS Sauna, stimmt Euch auf den Sommer ein.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, fireplace, smart/pay TV, sauna (for a fee), iPad, echo dot and soon PS5.
