You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern amenities. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers as well as families.

The approximately 45 square meter apartment has a separate entrance and is ideal for business travelers or short-term vacationers due to its central location. The large south-facing balcony has an awning and presents a beautiful panoramic view of forest, meadows and the Riegelberg. It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.

Our apartment is a good starting point for excursions to Legoland (about 19 km) and the city of Ulm (about 27 km). In the area there are great bike paths, also the swimming lakes are easily reached by car.
