The studio apartment is easily accessible by elevator or stairwell. It includes a kitchen-space with stove, oven, fridge, sink and appliances. Free parking for one car is available on the premises. A 5-minute walk to the tram stop allows easy connections to the main station (12 min) and airport (35 min).

Ideal für Entdecker, die Zürich wie ein Local erleben wollen – mit Jugendstilfassaden, gemütlichen Lokalen und der Limmat ganz nah. An der Strasse gibt’s sogar einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Schaffhauserplatz und ETH sind gleich ums Eck, das Tram bringt dich überallhin.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in Zurich! Discover the beautiful ambience and enjoy relaxing moments on the spacious sun terrace. Thanks to the central location, you can be at the airport or main train station in just 15 minutes. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and impresses with its extensive amenities: built-in wardrobe, elegant bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, a large bed (1.8 x 2 m) and a pull-out second bed (1.6 x 2 m), smart TV and much more! :)

Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
