Monthly Rentals in 10th arrondissement

This little apartment is a cozy nook nestled right next to the Saint Martin Canal on a calm street. Though small, this apartment has everything I needed from a yoga mat, to a soup blender, to beautiful art, to making the most of all the space provided. It was a joy to stay here for a month and work from the comfortable couch looking out at the sweet view of the Parisan street (great people watching). It was comfortable, in a great location, full of amenities, and overall just an awesome spot to stay. Silvana was a great host to work with, and was there if I needed anything. I highly recommend this special little apartment as an awesome and adorable home base for your time in Paris :)

We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice and the location is great. The flat was very comfortable and large for Paris standards. The building felt safe and we had everything we needed for a long stay. The only negative point is that there were a lot of different objects lying around in the apartment (belonging to the owner). I would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed in this apartment for a few months, for the duration of my Erasmus. Had a lovely time! The apartment is small but perfect and convenient for one person. It is also optimally laid out and contains everything you need. I immediately felt at home. The living room window gives incredible light and offers moments of indescribable serenity. The area is also beautiful. There is plenty of street shopping, bakery, restaurants. For athletes like me, you will also find a beautiful sports center and the charming Parc des Buttes Chaumont. The metro is a stone's throw away from the apartment and you can easily get around the whole city (same for buses). Finally, the owner of the house is super helpful and she and her husband will help you and can give you lots of useful information. In short: experience 10\10, would highly recommend.

This was my 4th trip to Paris and I have to say Ben's Airbnb is my favorite so far. The apartment is super clean and cute, comes with all amenities for my month long stay. The balcony overlooking the beautiful Parisian Haussmann buildings. The location is perfect with 3 metro stations all within 10mins walk, a couple of supermarket and pharmacies less than 3mins walk away. Many popular attractions are under half an hour walk from the apartment too. There are plenty of food choices in the area and also a great gym nearby. Ben was very responsive before and during my stay, a very nice and helpful host. I've always loved Paris and this Airbnb has definitely made the trip more memorable. I'd love to come back again in the near future 😊
