Excellent place. It ressembles the pictures, for 1-2 persons the space is ideal, it doesn't feel small or crowded. Kitchen well eqquiped for different needs. Bed and pillows confortable. Bathroom with good space. Paris Conciergerie were very nice and support, answered quickly and were very attentive. Excellent location. I definitely recommend it and I hope I can be back someday.

When I decided to come to Paris for a month, Lydie's place stood out because I was familiar with the location and the description was everything I needed. And now that my trip is over, I can say that staying at Lydie's exceeded my expectations, and she is the most gracious and helpful host. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home. Just steps from the Odeon metro so you can easily get anywhere, and it has an elevator, which is fantastic. There is no limit to the incredible restaurants within walking distance, and major points of interest (Notre Dame, the Louvre, Jardin du Luxembourg, etc.) are just a short walk away. When you look out the balcony window you can see the Eiffel Tower which is magical, especially at night when it sparkles every hour. And Lydie is so helpful and responsive - even when I locked myself out of the apartment she readily offered solutions. I highly recommend this listing - I can't imagine a better place to stay.

Very good location. Beautiful court yard. Nice studio perfect for solo traveller. Fairly clean. But the check in is too complicated. You need to go to another place, which is nearly 1km away to get the keys. Esp. when in heavy rain, it's not a good experience. And they provide me with the wrong type of coffee capsules, which didn't work with the machine.

Cleanliness is a huge thing for me and this place was immaculate. The rooms were decorated well and the apartment was very comfortable. When any issues came the company was very responsive and quick to correct. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you need to make a terrific meal and even had sharp knives. Located well and close to some very nice (and affordable) restaurants (our favorites were Moliere and La Meterzie on Rue Montreguiel. (I’m sure that I misspelled that) Super livable apartment in an active neighborhood within walking distance of most major sites. The apartment faces an alley so is much quieter than the busy neighborhood that’s out the front door. Chatalet metro stop is just across the street.
