The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to Perrache train station and a few minutes walk to old Lyon. All local shops are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay by moving around on foot or with the TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. Non-smoking apartment. Refurbished studio, air conditioning, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, fiber optic, TV, in very nice bourgeois building. Very clear view, alone on the top floor. Facing south, overlooking very beautiful gardens, quiet. Climb a floor on foot (25 steps), after the top floor of the elevator. Self check-in from 5pm. MANDATORY departure at 10 am, the day of the end of stay. The keys are to be picked 110 m by foot from the apartment, between 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. Be discreet if arriving after 8 p.m. PLEASE.

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Duplex T2 very quiet in the heart of the dynamic Confluence district near the Confluences museum, shopping center, restaurants, cinemas, transport. Local shops (butcher, baker, pharmacy, ATM, LIDL) within a radius of 150 m. Due to its size and layout, the apartment is ideal for 2 people but a maximum of 4 people can be accommodated there. I offer a fully equipped studio (22 m2) on the Presqu'île de Lyon. You'll appreciate it for its location in the city center, close to restaurants, and nightlife. It is a two-minute walk to Perrache SNCF train station, metro and tram. My place is good for solo travelers. I would like to point out to people with reduced mobility that the building's elevator is on the ground floor after 4 steps.
