Monthly Rentals in 2nd arrondissement

This is a fantastic apartment for a work stay. It's comfortable, has all the basics you need (washing machine, ironing board, a little desk, etc.), and very central. Close to several subway lines and within easy walking distance to Gare de Nord and Gare de l'Est. The location in the 10th is very busy, but the apartment itself is on a quieter side street and faces the courtyard, so is generally very quiet. Hosts responded very promptly to questions no matter how small. I really loved it, and it was just the perfect home base for a month.

I stayed at the apartment for 6 weeks. The apartment has been above and beyond my expectations, which are high to begin with. I know Paris by heart with 20+ visits, and I can surely say the location is attractive as well. There are no booby traps or other bad surprises with this one. If anything the apartment is even nicer and more equipped in real life than in the pictures. Avril has been clearly doing this for a while and is a professional host. To sum it up - it’s been a very good experience all around, and if a friend ever needs a recommendation I know exactly where he’d stay.

I stayed here for a month. The location is lively and central with amazing neighborhoods in all directions yet the apartment itself is extremely peaceful and quiet. The church across the street was beautiful and easy to visit. Great people watching, amenities of every kind nearby and many options for different metro lines. This place felt like a real retreat: peaceful and had everything I needed.
