Monthly Rentals in Hồ Chí Minh

It was a short stay of two nights and three days, but it was a very satisfying experience. The host, Michel, was very quick to respond to messages and was very helpful. He was also very responsive to our consultation in case our flight on the checkout date was canceled, and was kind enough to let us check in late at night. The security guard and cleaning staff were also very kind and had nice smiles. It was a valuable experience to be able to talk about various things using a translation app. The room was also very clean and spacious. There was no TV, but that was actually what made it an extraordinary day. There was no outlet near the desk, but when I asked Michel, he immediately brought me an extension cord. That was super helpful. There was a church right in front of the window, and it was a good experience to hear the singing of the mass and the sound of the bells. On the other hand, there are ants in the room. It's best not to put too much trash on the floor. The great thing about this hostel is that it is very cost-effective. I was lucky to be able to use a clean and spacious room for that price. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance to go to Ho Chi Minh City!

This serviced apartment is excellent. It was well tended and service was fantastic. The housekeeping and in-house laundry service were included in the rental price. Staff here is friendly and helpful. If you need to be close to nightlife or the central business district, this particular building is not where you will want to stay; Hannah has other properties closer to District 1. If, however, you are looking for convenience, quiet, and a professional efficiency apartment, I highly recommend this place.

My partner and I used to live in saigon and since then, we have returned nearly every year to visit. We have tried to take the time to explore new neighborhoods in the city, and this was the first time we stayed in Bình Thạnh. Being so close to the market was awesome for morning walking and for food and our proximity to Vạn Kiếp made getting food a dream. Awesome neighborhood. The room itself was very comfortable and our hosts were responsive, quick and helpful. Xin cảm ơn, chị! We will be back!

Had a great stay. Space was clean and spacious. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Building felt very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend!
