Monthly Rentals in 7th arrondissement

Perfect location. This apartment was just right for 2 sisters to use as home base to explore. At check in our greeter gave us all of the necessary info to get our Metro cards, close to 2 stations that we used throughout the stay. The elevator, which is rare in Parisian buildings, was key when we had heavy bags or just tired from walking all day! The apartment has everything you need, and more! Highly recommend! Was everything that was promised and more We hope to return one day and would definitely use this host again!

A perfect location to work and travel! It has everything you need for a short stay in the apartment, and it is very close to public transport, which facilitates mobility! The good places to eat in the neighborhood, I would highly recommend coming back.

This place is hands-down the best possible apartment in Paris one could ever imagine. A very well structured apartment on the top floor of a beautiful building complex with Eiffel Tower right in front of your window. Everything was in a very well (or even new) state and made moving in very easy and comfortable. The check-in and check-out went perfectly smooth and the host was reacting always very fast. I would definitely stay in this apartment again when coming to Paris.

Loved this apartment and the location can’t be beat. Andre was very responsive and helpful at all times. He was a great host. I would definitely stay there again!
