The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Apartment with a natural ambiance

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Eynattener Mühle apartment

In the middle of nature yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent a 70sqm apartment with separate entrance on our yard (Eynattener Mühle) consisting of a large living-dining kitchen, a large bedroom, a small living-bedroom (single bed 185 x 85 cm), a bathroom. It can accommodate 3 adults and 1 baby (baby cot available). An outdoor seating area, right on the Cave, is available for our guests.

Studio 59 is only 350 meters from the main station

my studio is on the first floor(with elevator) . It is very cozy and functionally furnished . Baker 10 m,train station 450 m, department store 50 m. Center 900 m.,parking garage only 20 m away . The studio is very central and all amenities are within walking distance.
