The spacious glazed balcony opens up to an unobstructed lake view towards the city center. Swimming beach. Private parking space next to the downstairs door. The area has beautiful and diverse hiking trails and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive tableware, appliances, sleeping arrangements for four people, 65" smart TV with streaming services, air heat pump, hanging chair, etc.).

The modern apartment is equipped with a sauna and a glazed with glass, and the kitchen has the necessary supplies. A parking space with a heating post right next to the front door. In the yard, you will find both a grocery store and a pizzeria. Bus stop approx. 50 m, beach approx. 150 m. Outdoor trails right at the door.

Really large and spacious apartment of about 200m2 at the end of a terraced house, which has just been renovated! The front yard has a covered terrace and the backyard has a larger open terrace. The apartment's living room has a 60" TV and two large comfortable sofas, where you can relax after a good sauna. There is plenty of room for a larger group, plus 3 toilets and two bathrooms! The modern kitchen is good for cooking and the island can accommodate several cooks at the same time.
