Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

Als Gastgeber versuchen wir - Eliane und Erich - unseren Gästen den Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm zu gestalten. Das Studio ist für Geschäftsreisende, für Kurzaufenthalte, längere Aufenthalte sowie fürs Homeoffice ausgerüstet. Für Kinder sind zwei Betten und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden. Man kann in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss oder mit einem Fahrrad die Natur, einen Einkaufsladen oder die Busstation erreichen. Wir wünschen unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Cozy and child-friendly 3-room apartment on the upper floor of a newly renovated house in the middle of the countryside and on the edge of the forest. Very quiet location. Large living room with 2 sofa beds, 2 small bedrooms with 2 beds each, kitchen, bathroom, balcony with wonderful views. We live on the lower floor, a retired couple. Babies and children are very welcome! In summer, Lake Hallwil invites you to bathe. Non-smoking house, including balcony.

The hen house consists of 2 rooms, a bedroom 8.6 m² and a small kitchenette. The terrace is covered and is also the dining area. Toilet/shower is located in the main house, distance 30 meters and is for guests only. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, coffee maker/capsules, small electric stove, as well as dishes.
