The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Lovely private garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture. Child-friendly beach, mini golf and ice cream parlours nearby. 2 pets allowed. There is a low fence around the property. Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house there are also 3 canoes / kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which are also connected to Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

From this centrally located beautiful, spacious and charming villa, all guests have easy access to everything. The villa is located between the botanical garden, the university park and a 10-minute walk to the city center's many eateries and activities. The villa is super cozy and beautifully decorated with tasteful furniture and there is plenty of space - both on the flowery terrace, in the garden and in the villa's three different living rooms, large kitchen and four bedrooms, one of which has a huge sleeping loft.
