Nice apartment, has everything what you need to spend your magic time in Venice. Even with baby, Mirko provided us a cot. I had no bad impressions at all. Absolutely worth money spent

Great place to stay. Apartment Wes very clean and had everything you need. I would stay again.

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and couldn't take much of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and with good facilities. The mattress was great and good in size. There are some businesses and a large supermarket nearby. The hike to downtown is relatively short and enjoyable.

Highly recommended, perfect place for a vacation. Cleanliness , silence, accessibility of transport and supermarkets in the area, a park with ducks and otters that can be fed. Hosts deserve special praise. Clear and detailed instructions on how to get into the property, recommendations, and even help when my husband got sick. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Very peaceful place, far from any tourist traffic. Very high standards in amenities. Difficult to think about any missing items in the toiletries and the kitchen, including cloth napkins, numerous towels, mosquito-repellent lotion (the apartment is very close to water), a comfortable mattress, and perfumed soaps. Even two different types of pillows. The Coop supermarket (5 min.) caters to daily needs, so there’s no need to store much in the kitchen. Overall, a great relaxing stay in optimal conditions.

This flat is very well located - 12/13 minutes from Piazzale Roma (very convenient to everyone arriving either by public transportation or car) and 25-28 minutes from S. Marco. It’s surprisingly quiet - it faces a canal but it’s a bit secluded from all the main, noisy, busy areas. It’s a comfortable flat - it has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds; there’s a living/dining room with an open kitchen (dishwasher included) with all the utensils and basic condiments; and one bathroom with a small washing machine. The host, Amelia, who lives upstairs, is super responsive and nice. She tried her best to help us with arrival details and checkin time, clarified all local procedures for tourists, and even helped us book a water taxi to the airport.

My family and I had a very good time at Ilaria's place who was very helpful and always ready to help us. If we come back, we'd love to stay at your property again. Thank you for everything.

We found Moreno’s place exactly as described in the pictures on display. The house was kept clean throughout. Moreno was helpful and reactive to our needs. He was proactive in communicating with me from beginning to end. The area was residential, pleasant and tranquil. A very nice cafe called Antica Pasticceria Nascimben is a stone’s throw from the house, which we frequented everyday during our stay. No doubt I will use Moreno’s house again next time I go to the area. Many thanks to Moreno!

Very nicely decorated apartment in peaceful area and excellent communication

Excellent stay in the accommodation offered by Giorgia. Peaceful neighborhood, very clean and well-equipped accommodation. We had a lovely time in this place without being disturbed. Giorgia was able to inform us at all times about transportation and the new rules of the city of Venice. They were very understanding of the conditions of our arrival and departure. We recommend it without hesitation!

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It’s beautiful, large and quiet. There are so many windows in the apartment and we can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset inside it! Amazing. The location of the apartment is excellent as well. We took the Alilaguna boat from the airport to Guglie, and just 5 mins walk to get to the apartment. And when we left, just took 10 mins walk to Venice St Lucia Station. Everything is so convenient. Definitely a great choice to live inside the Venice island!

Very pretty and comfortable space. Antonio was very responsive and welcoming! It was very clean and had all the amenities that you could need and in a very beautiful and quiet area. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is very beautiful and clean. It was well equipped with all amenities. The garden was so peaceful, I had a nice time reading. Paola and her husband are both very nice and friendly. They even dropped us at the railway station. Venice Santa Lucia (centre) is easily accessible by train. I fully recommend this place if you want quiet time outside of the very busy centre of Venice and also visit the city centre during the day.

Excellent, definitely the best place I've ever had. The house is spectacular and the detail of leaving things for breakfast like juices, coffee and sweets makes it even more enjoyable. 10/20!

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

We had a great time in this lovely apartment. It is extremely clean and well furnished,equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We also really appreciated the location close to the city center. The monuments and major points of interest in Padua are all easily accessible on foot. If we return to Padua, we will be happy to return to Barbara and Michele.

We spent a wonderful long weekend in Vittorio's spacious apartment right on the edge of the old town. Despite the central location, the apartment was extremely quiet, from the two balconies you had a magnificent view over the roofs and partly into the countryside. From the first contact to the departure, communication with Vittorio was always pleasant. In the apartment we felt like at home. We will be happy to come back.

Luisa was the absolute best host I have encountered. I had a 3+ week stay and her place allowed me to be comfortable and my belongings safe. She was extremely responsive, provided clean linens and towels, plus there was always thoughtful extra gifts along the way. Her home was perfectly located outside of the limited traffic zone, so I did not need to worry about passing by ticket cameras and very walkable to numerous restaurants and groceries. I highly recommend Luisa and her home in the Vicenza area.

Beautiful apartment, large, bright, modern and quiet. Excellent bedding. Impeccable in terms of cleanliness Fully equipped: dishwasher, oven. Microwave, washing machine and dryer, broom vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum cleaner, tv, wii... and the consumables that go with it ( laundry detergent, pods..., games for wii...) We didn't ask for so much 🤪 Perfect welcome. Sheltered and secure parking on the property. Clear instructions thanks in particular to plastic sheets ( in English and Italian) List of the best restaurants in the area (with quality and price indications). Emanuele set the bar very high! 🙂 Congrats, we are delighted with our stay!

Great place to stay. Very nice area and lovely balcony. We came by car and parking spot was just down the house. Great host and super furnished place to stay.
