Fijne en praktische locatie voor bezoek Venetië en of op doorreis. Aangenaam ruim appartement en vriendelijke en gastvrije host!

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

Grand appartement bien équipé (mais sans lave vaisselle même si ce n'est pas un problème). Literie confortable. A noter que c'est au troisième étage sans ascenseur (mais pas un problème pour nous). Enfin très bonne accessibilité pour Venise. Merci à Alessio et Chiara pour leur accueil. Fortement recommandé.

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

Очень рекомендую, идеальное место для отдыха. Чистота , тишина, доступность транспорта и супермаркетов в округе, парк с утками и выдрами которых можно кормить. Хозяева заслуживают отдельных похвал. Чёткие и подробные инструкции как попасть в жильё, рекомендации, и даже поможь когда мой муж заболел. Советую от всего сердца.Спасибо за прекрасный отпуск.

Very peaceful place, far from any tourist traffic. Very high standards in amenities. Difficult to think about any missing items in the toiletries and the kitchen, including cloth napkins, numerous towels, mosquito-repellent lotion (the apartment is very close to water), a comfortable mattress, and perfumed soaps. Even two different types of pillows. The Coop supermarket (5 min.) caters to daily needs, so there’s no need to store much in the kitchen. Overall, a great relaxing stay in optimal conditions.

This flat is very well located - 12/13 minutes from Piazzale Roma (very convenient to everyone arriving either by public transportation or car) and 25-28 minutes from S. Marco. It’s surprisingly quiet - it faces a canal but it’s a bit secluded from all the main, noisy, busy areas. It’s a comfortable flat - it has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds; there’s a living/dining room with an open kitchen (dishwasher included) with all the utensils and basic condiments; and one bathroom with a small washing machine. The host, Amelia, who lives upstairs, is super responsive and nice. She tried her best to help us with arrival details and checkin time, clarified all local procedures for tourists, and even helped us book a water taxi to the airport.

La mia famiglia ed io ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio di Ilaria che è stata molto disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutarci. Se dovessimo tornare, ci farebbe piacere alloggiare nuovamente presso la sua struttura. Grazie di tutto.

We found Moreno’s place exactly as described in the pictures on display. The house was kept clean throughout. Moreno was helpful and reactive to our needs. He was proactive in communicating with me from beginning to end. The area was residential, pleasant and tranquil. A very nice cafe called Antica Pasticceria Nascimben is a stone’s throw from the house, which we frequented everyday during our stay. No doubt I will use Moreno’s house again next time I go to the area. Many thanks to Moreno!

Excellent séjour dans le logement proposé par Giorgia. Quartier paisible, logement très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons passé d’agréables moments dans ce logement sans être dérangé. Giorgia a su nous informer à tout moment sur les transports et les nouvelles règles de la ville de Venise. Ils ont été très compréhensifs des conditions de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Nous recommandons sans hésitations !

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It’s beautiful, large and quiet. There are so many windows in the apartment and we can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset inside it! Amazing. The location of the apartment is excellent as well. We took the Alilaguna boat from the airport to Guglie, and just 5 mins walk to get to the apartment. And when we left, just took 10 mins walk to Venice St Lucia Station. Everything is so convenient. Definitely a great choice to live inside the Venice island!

Very pretty and comfortable space. Antonio was very responsive and welcoming! It was very clean and had all the amenities that you could need and in a very beautiful and quiet area. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is very beautiful and clean. It was well equipped with all amenities. The garden was so peaceful, I had a nice time reading. Paola and her husband are both very nice and friendly. They even dropped us at the railway station. Venice Santa Lucia (centre) is easily accessible by train. I fully recommend this place if you want quiet time outside of the very busy centre of Venice and also visit the city centre during the day.

Excelente, sin duda alguna el mejor alojamiento en el que he estado. La casa es espectacular y el detalle de dejar cosas para el desayuno como jugos, café y dulces lo hace más ameno aun. 20/10!

The place was great and as described.

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene in questo grazioso appartamento. È estremamente pulito e ben arredato,dotato di tutto ciò che può servire per un piacevole soggiorno.Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la posizione vicina al centro città .I monumenti e i maggiori punti interessi di Padova sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Se torneremo a Padova saremo felici di tornare da Barbara e Michele.

Wir haben ein wunderbares langes Wochenende in Vittorios großzügiger Wohnung direkt am Rande der Altstadt verbracht. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es in der Wohnung extrem ruhig, von den beiden Balkonen hatte man einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer und zum Teil ins Grüne. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise war die Kommunikation mit Vittorio immer angenehm. In der Wohnung haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Luisa was the absolute best host I have encountered. I had a 3+ week stay and her place allowed me to be comfortable and my belongings safe. She was extremely responsive, provided clean linens and towels, plus there was always thoughtful extra gifts along the way. Her home was perfectly located outside of the limited traffic zone, so I did not need to worry about passing by ticket cameras and very walkable to numerous restaurants and groceries. I highly recommend Luisa and her home in the Vicenza area.

Superbe appartement, grand, lumineux, moderne et calme. Litterie excellente. Impeccable au niveau propreté Entièrement équipé : lave vaisselle, four. Micro-ondes, lave linge et seche linge, aspirateur balai,aspirateur robot, tv, wii... et les consommables qui vont avec( lessive, dosettes..., jeux pour la wii...) On en demandait pas tant 🤪 Accueil parfait Parking abrité et sécurisé dans la propriété. Instructions claires grâce notamment à des fiches plastifiees ( en anglais et en italien) Liste des meilleurs restaurants du coin (avec indications de qualité et de prix). Emanuele a mis la barre tres haut! 🙂 Bravo, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito. Ben equipaggiata la cucina e il bagno, non mancava nulla. Fabio si è dimostrato molto disponibile nel venirci incontro dandoci la possibilità di anticipare il check in.
