A living area with living room, open kitchen, sofa bed (160 x 200) for 2 people, bathroom with toilet and a bed (90 x 190) for 1 person. Beautiful terrace facing the sea.

Entire apartment with 1 bedroom and balcony, kitchen, living/dining room and terrace. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the beaches and downtown. The Tour d'Auvergne parking lot is located in front of the apartment, which is ideal for scheduling a departure to the islands of Ouessant or Molène (parking shuttle <> pier). Breakfast not provided. We welcome you in a wooden extension of 65 m2 including a double bed, equipped with tidying up and a television. We had the option of adding a baby cot. The room has direct access to a large terrace. There is also a billiard room with a convertible for two people. It is a room very careful it is equipped with a television and a space is dedicated to be eaten. Then you have a bathroom with Italian shower . Space only to you.
